Negatives: Did not stay no one the to check me in.... could not cancel hope I did not get charged

Negatives: The staff that checked us in at 4am was sleeping and was unprofessional after she checked me in she thought it was funny to throw my key instead of handing it to me. The motel smelled like cigarettes and garbage. They had a pile of trash right by the elevator that lingers throughout the 1st floor. Eleven was dirty and smelled like animal. The room they gave us had some dog hair between the sheets. Our room was not accommodating for my family of 4 They over booked the room they charged us for and gave us a room with 1 bed and a pullout that was so uncomfortable. We paid for 2 nights but left the same day we checked in the bathroom was not cleaned there was a pink stain in the tub and toilet. You could still see visible pet hair on the floor. It was really upsetting, I hope they do better cause honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone I would tell them to avoid it

Negatives: The room was terrible and unclean. There was not toilet tissue, drawers were missing, the room phone did not work, there was only way way into the hotel and one way out. No worked the front desk for late check-in. They made a copy of my ID and could not tell me how they dispose of the information once I leave. I was then told they do that for cash paying people. I felt unsafe and did not feel like my information was being kept secure. I was traveling with a child and felt unsafe. I stayed one night because I did not have a choice, but I immediately checked out and found a clean and safer places to stay. I was originally booked for a 3 night stay, but could not stay.
