Positives: Location to the highway

Negatives: Room was dirty and unsafe. I injured myself on an exposed piece of metal part of a broken bed frame. Injury required an ER visit and 5 stitches. Tried to talk to the manager and she was too busy to talk to me. Tried reaching booking. Com and no response. I want a complete refund . Ready to file formal action!

Positives: The breakfast saved the day. The lady that cooked was super nice. We were getting frustrated but the breakfast lady was super nice

Negatives: The water took so long to get warm (not hot) that I took a cold shower thinking the hot water heater was broken. It literally took 20 minutes to get warm. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. We requested extra towels and 2 extra pillows but didn't receive them until my wife insisted on the last day. I asked if they had a laundry area and the young lady at the front desk spoke to me as if I was a vagrant. Asking why and what room I was in. Then, when We washed our clothes the dryer broke leaving us with 2 loads of soaking wet clothes. I had to find a laundry mat and spend my last evening doing that (which ruined our stay) and had to leave in the morning exhausted.

Positives: Better than the "Day Inn" halfway hotel down the road. Other than that rundown and disappointing.

Negatives: Beds were too bouncy and soft One bed had the frame sticking out from the bed Room overall was "clean" but in disrepair Window had splatter AC barely worked Overpriced for $235/night
