Positives:
I did not have breakfast there but I walked to a diner called the Table Talk which I enjoyed. It is nice that there is a dunkin' donut a Panera and a whole food market within walking distance.
Negatives:
I was not able to pull up the guide on the television using my remote and I called the front desk and they sent someone up to bring me a new remote but after that person left I continue to have problems could not get anything good on TV and ended up turning it off.

Convenient to King Street eateries and Mount Vernon, and away from the hustle and bustle of DC
Positives:
The property looks and feels fairly elegant. The design is aesthetically pleasing. Free Valet parking. Free shuttle. Reduced outside noise.
Negatives:
The cost was over $300 for one night on the weekend. Breakfast was not included and cost about $22 per person. For $300 a night I expected things like the in room refrigerator to work, a microwave, softer towels, individual robes for each guest, working room phone, ironing board, room service, the toilet to flush well and a bell boy.
