Positives:
Breakfast was decent. Typical continental fair. enjoyed the pancake machine.
Negatives:
we had to change rooms. the first room had a wet carpet that extended half of the room due to a leaky a/c unit. Then the
second room we got into had a clogged toliet that we couldn't even flush. not my idea of a comfortable stay.

Positives:
Their system was down. So we couldn't check into the hotel. We didn't have keys to our room. The staff had to walk us to our room each time. Which was a big inconvenience. We weren't the only guest without keys to their room. They didn't have enough towels for the gust in the hotel. The double charge my card which left a big hold on my.card during my vist.
Negatives:
The seem overwhelming but still smile thru it all and was nice
