I had reserved a Smoking room, however, when I arrived around 4:30PM none was available. I found this hard to believe, since the hotel has the entire 3rd floor for smoking. Outside smoking and the hotel staff asking for a cigarette.

The hair Tyler was dirty, nasty and staff was really rude and I was switched out to four different rooms and the last room I was in. I thought itchy and I explained about it and they only gave me 20% of my money back and kept 59.99 of it so they only gave

Rooms were very clean, and the location was perfect. Checking in, the gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful.

Wish they had shower soap in the bathrooms and an ironing board/iron in my room so I could iron my work clothes. Thank goodness I brought my own iron.

For the price, the place was great! The location is good because there is a lot of neraby breweries and restaurants. Room had mininfridge, plenty of towels and blankets, and a super comfy bed. Will stop by again

Room wasnt suuper clean, amd the AC is old and smelled a liitle like smoke. Also, the staff bangged on the doors when we didint cheched out on time.

Had numerous issues with the room key not working and having to constantly walk down to the front desk for assistance. Window would not completely close-cold air & noises! Not clean: Inside the ice bucket was dirty - no bag insert. If there was ice in the bucket, how did it get dirty if it was only used for ice? Tub didn't look clean. Bed springs make noise. Limited hot water for shower. To find out channel selection, I had to take a PICTURE of a piece of paper with someone's writing on it. (At least make a copy and put in the room) Attached is a picture of a door from the stairwell to the outside! NOT very secure!! Sign said SHRIHARI LLC was the owner/operator.
