Positives: it was a nice clean place breakfast was good

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that I had to go around and around with them about getting a discount for bereavement I was there for my father's funeral. I know I booked through you all but then that same day they offered somebody a whole lot cheaper deal. I made a comment about it and they said they didn't care basically that I booked through booking.com and I did that because booking.com was the cheapest at the time it was even cheaper than they're right and explain that to them it just seems if they didn't care which is fine.
