If you didnt feel it necessary to have a long survey to make yourself feel better. Nobody fills these out accurately because if you do then you always ask for more. In other words , its easier to just say what we know you want to hear.

My room was supposed to be to queens got a standard room then they were able to upgrade me to a suite but it smelt of bad cigarette smoke

The hotel has recently been renovated. Rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast was good too.
Negatives:
The location is extremely close to the busy and loud railroad tracks. Its tucked in the back behind an industrial area with lots of large construction vehicles. Due to the renovations there were many large containers taking up parking spaces. A few of us had to park in the dark street due to a lack of on property parking spaces.
