Hotel was great!!! BOOKING.COM didn't complete the reservation! When we got to the hotel, there was no reservation for us. Booking.com never made the reservation even though we paid for our rooms in advance!

Hotel was great! It is Booking.com that I did not have a good experience with! Our reservations were booked and paid for but when we got to the hotel, Booking.com never made the reservations with the hotel! My recommendation is to use Orbitz or ANY OTHER booking site instead of Booking.com so that you are guaranteed to actually have the reservation when you get to your destination! HOTEL: 10 Stars............BOOKING.COM: 0 Stars!!!!!!!
