Positives: Breakfast , overall the issues we had

Negatives: Staff front desk rude , cheking time they said @ 3:00pm and made us wait almost 3 hours telling us to go and then come back after 40 min , we did but after 1 1/2 hour instead to give them more time and still the rooms not ready , we waited 1more hour in the lobbie .with kids in the car , It looked like they didnt care just said rooms are not ready , plus other issues that are minimum compair to the cheking time .
