Unruly guests upstairs yelling. I called the office. Rooms smells of cigarettes. A bit run down overall. Poor value.

The hotel rooms have an unsettling odor and the sofas have stains, and some of the guests are rowdy

The worst place I have ever stayed at the check in process felt unsafe he asked for additional money 100 in cash or 60 in debit card as a cleaning fee which was never stated anywhere when I booked. We left that same day

We left the same day because of the rooms smell and on top of paying more for a cleaning /deposit the check out process was leaving the curtains open so they clearly lady knew we were gone by far the worst place I went to and I will never go back to it

Everyone had to have ID to visit me. Very strict about it! Staff is VERY interactive whether welcomed or not. Which could be a good thing , probably is, unfortunately.

The best thing about this hotel was the desk clerk who did everything possible to correct the issues that were happening in the hotel

Because there was a concert in town the rate was probably three times what it normally is which for the condition of the hotel and the type of clientele and the part of town was absolutely ridiculous. But with that being said they tried their best
