Positives:
The staff was wonderfully friendly. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and courteous. The van drivers were both excellent. The housekeepers we encountered on this one night stay were all kind, smiling, and our room was perfectly clean. The location near the airport is ideal, and we had a day and a half layover from an international trip. The staff was accommodating and truly excellent. The restaurant in the parking lot was super nice, as well, and, though not a part of the hotel, was honestly 18 seconds of walking through the parking lot to get there, and, it was open by noon, so we were both happy.
Negatives:
Breakfast. This was a disappointment. The only negative we could say was in this area. Hard boiled eggs for the protein, and then a bunch of bread products for the rest. There was some fruit available, but, far less of a breakfast than you would find at a budget hotel. Even Holiday Inn Express or Springhill Suites do a better job. The breakfast lady was nice enough though, but, honestly, the lack of good breakfast options was disappointing.

Very OLD hotel...I wouldn't dare walk barefoot on that carpet that was probably installed in 1975!
Not enough light in the room, bare minimum towels and hot water was not very hot.

Needs MAJOR UPDATES
Positives:
Coast Gateway is comfortable, clean and convenient. The shuttle is perfectly reliable. It's my first choice if I need to stay by SeaTac
The staff are always helpful. I feel safe and able to sleep peacefully.

I somehow booked the hotel twice so I ended up paying for another room as it was too late to cancel
My mistake
Negatives:
I had asked the shuttle driver to take me to Departures
I had broken my hip and femur bone in August and still could not walk long Distances
So this driver picks up Arrivals and tells me to get off that I would need to walk to the departing gates, w suitcases and my cane. Very difficult. Thank God there was A Garage attendant who took my suitcases and helped me navigate to the elevator and across the Sky Bridge. Took me to the Departures gate and .saw me off to collect my wheelchair ride. I appreciated her help so much. As to the driver, he should be fired! Otherwise I had a good stay with your hotel.

So close to the airport and shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast included something for everyone including waffles. The room was comfortable and a good bed. There is a washer and dryers on the floor.

The property was clean and quiet, short walking distance from the airport and a great restaurant across the parking lot . I love that there is a free shuttle running 24 hours every 20 mins, not a very fancy hotel but a great basic for sure the rooms were exceptionally clean:)
Negatives:
The only downside was the wifi it was not staying connected and it was very slow
