Negatives: Too many slamming doors until about 1am

Negatives: Pretty much everything NOT a nice place Not worth what we had to pay...Not sanitary .Long black hair all over the room and towels mold in the shower toilet seat chewed up dirty floor toilet didn't flush shower backed up into the tub hole in the wall??? Paid for 2 nights only stayed one NO refund for the second day total BS

Negatives: heater would not shut off and staff did nothing about it. We asked for disabled attributes and got none. Both of us are disabled and find it hard to walk and our room was in the middle of hallway, a long distance to walk when in pain. There were no chairs in room and staff said there were none in the building. There were no hand rails in the bathroom or shower and therefore we couldn't bathe. Lighting was very poor and we couldn't even see any light switches to turn on a light. because the heater ran continuously we had to run the air conditioner just to make room temp bearable. This was the worst motel experience in my life and I'm 67 years old.

Negatives: I didn't realize there was an additional room deposit fee of 50 dollars when we arrived at the property on top of the flat rate i already paid through booking. I was told there were no hidden fees. The room was a little dirty with holes in the walls and stained bedding. The bed itself was on a flat wooden board, so it wasn't comfortable. The fact that I had to pay extra for a fridge and microwave is ridiculous.

Negatives: The staff was extremely disrespectful

Negatives: Need more clean And better odor, needs some repair too.

Negatives: Currently suffering with hip problem. Made reservations several days before requesting handicap room, and received confirmation it was reserved. On arrival at 5pm - no room and it was claimed a housekeeping issue. Toilet difficult to use as so low and no grab bars or anything to hang onto in shower. A safety issue for me!
