New black girl told me i couldnt check in till 3 ive stayed here for a couple years checked in before noon if i cant check in till 3 you need to only charge half a day i drive a semi im gone usually 6 weeks i want to get out of my truck go in a room relax checkout is at 11 so have rooms cleaned and available by 12 noon

The neighbors were extremely loud. The lady at the front was not there and we had to wait about 15 mins and even when she came she didn’t say hi or sorry for the wait or ask if we were waiting she just walked past us opened the door went behind the counter and then said what do you guys need. The neighbor hotel room were in and out all night long and had people knocking on there door every 20 minutes and then playing music super loud outside the door at 4 or 5 am. It was a very sleepless night.

The lady at check-in was rude. There was an issue with my prepayment, but didn't want to explain or help me figure it out. Had to wait till the next day with booking.com on the phone to get it figured.
In the morning we noticed there was blood splatter from what looked like a needle behind the bathroom door. ( PIC IN COMMENTS)
They dont give you a bathtub plug. You only get two towels.
