Negatives: We were informed by the staff that they had no hot water. So then we had to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute that cost a lot more money.

Negatives: Checked in to our room and it was not cleaned at all.went back to desk got another room and same thing, dirty. Beds not made and towels and garbage all over.Third time to the desk(no elevator and Iam with my 73y/o mother)got a room that smelled like smoke
