The young man that checked us in was wonderful he was so polite. He engaged in conversation and was very kind, and even showed compassion. I think his name was TC or KC something like that. He was the guy that was working the desk about 4pm or so on 28th.

The first night there was plenty of hot water. On last morning there was no hot water and I had to take a cold shower.

We booked on Booking.com same day. Going to NC to get my son out of Asheville. When we got there at 10pm, We're immediately told there were no rooms available. That's fine, I get it. The hotel lobby & bathrooms were not maintained & dirty, grimy & pretty gross. Glad we didn't end up staying there.
