Renovating rooms - when we went out to patio area, there was loose Styrofoam and plastic blowing around, cigarette butt's scattered on the ground and overflowing the ashtray.

I reserved a king room with a sofa bed and got a king room with a chair. Not what I reserved but luckily we always travel with air mattresses for mistakes that happen such as this
