Positives: Location

Negatives: At 1 am, someone kept trying to get into my room. I eventually got up to see who it was when I thought I heard voices too, and a group of guests were confused and trying to open my door with their key. I didn't have contacts is and couldn't see who they were. It was a bit scary. They said they were told my room was their room.

Positives: I stated in my previous survey that I didn’t like my stay.

Negatives: They didn’t give Veterans discounts, no AARP. none of this. Over charging for rooms that have no handicap reels in the shower or the bathroom tub. I will not in the future deal with Hyatt at all.
