Bathroom appeared clean. Working elevator, although it was slow many times.
Negatives:
Check in staff, young black female, did not seem enthused to be at work nor having to deal with general public.

Giant wet spot stain on carpet on 3rd floor.

No WiFi internet was available - claimed was a problem with their provider but provider would have had business services restored with some priority and other businesses nearby had no outages. Included "Breakfast" service here was a cereal bar - hardly what we expected we were paying for. Bathroom fan extremely noisy and showerhead leaked noticeably.
