Pleasant
Positives:
We found the breakfast to be lacking in variety. Several people found the two microwaves to be difficult to use, as the front controls were not lit well enough to be readable. Everything else at the Days Inn was very good, and it was a great value.
Negatives:
As I said, the breakfast needed improvement.

That there was a room available for us whereas other hotels in Rawlins were booked.
Negatives:
Not the hotel, but rather the Wyndham system: my rewards card number had apparently been given to someone else. So far, my attempts to get a new card have been unsuccessful. The complimentary breakfast was a disappointment; we went to a restaurant.

The filth and lack of cleanliness was HORRENDOUS
The hallways, stairs and stairwells were STAINED BEYOND BELIEF.
One of the beds had a stained/dirty bottom sheet that had some fluid stain on one side of the bed sheet- clearly observable by us and the front desk person who brought in clean sheets from another room - this all occurred after 10:15 pm
The BREAKFAST area carpet was filthy, patched,torn and had areas that could be a tripping, safety hazards.
Stairwells and stairs had clods of dirt on them also behind the check in area the carpet was unvacumed and filthy.
The ENTIRE FACILITY IS IN NEED IF PAINTING, MAINTENANCE and CLEANING!!!!

This is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED and I would like to request reimbursement if my nights charges!!!
