There are better, newer, cheaper...

After checking in we went to the pool. When we were done in the pool we couldn’t get back into the room. It took a long time before they were able to get the door open. Then they were trying to fix the door (my husband had to help) they still didn’t fix it and then we were locked in the room! All of this happened during my kids bedtime. They wanted us to leave the door open and they would come back when the kids were asleep to work on it again. We refused to leave our room open to the public and requested a new room. The next room had a broken bed and the a/c didn’t work but at that point we just wanted to go to bed. I complained and the man on duty said he would talk to the manager in the morning. I checked with them the next day and that guy had called in sick so no one told the manager about the issues. They called the manager and he offered a $40 refund. I found it to be a pitiful offer but accepted it anyway. Then when asking about the refund they said they weren’t able to make any refund but that next time we visit we can have a room at a discounted price. Then the second night an elderly gentleman knocked on our door and said he couldn’t find his room and was wondering if we could call front desk as he had issues walking. My husband called front desk and asked if they could get his room number and come help him. They said they would then called us back a few minutes later and said no we had to bring him to the front desk. So my husband brings him to the desk to find his room and goes out to our vehicle , when he gets back the elderly gentleman is in the hallway still unable to find his room so my husband walked him there and made sure he got in ok. We will not return and the all the staff were very unhelpful including management. Shout out to the maintenance worker though, he was the only one who apologized for the issues and genuinely felt bad about everything that was happening. Thank you to him for being the only decent person the whole stay.

The breakfast buffet. There is no list of ingredients. The muffins could have had peanuts had to ask. The eggs had something hot in the mix. I am sensitive to spicy made my eyes water. Should say what is in the food.

Room wasn't cleaned after day one. Was told that I had to put out a sign to indicate that I wanted the room cleaned. This wasn't told to me when I checked in. When I called the front desk, they were not willing to send someone to clean the room (take out garbage, make bed, etc.). as I think house keeping had already left for the day.

One stop shop!
I loved that once we checked into our room we didn't have to leave the hotel for anything! We had a great steak dinner and hung out at the Casio afterwards. The water park looked great but we didn't go check it out because it looked pretty busy. The breakfast in the morning was great! Over all very happy with our stay and will be back

The front end staff who checked me in was rather rude and unwelcoming.
Also we only had 2 pillows on our king size bed ..
