The room... unhelpful staff and poor food. The curtains were falling off the window.The tile floors were dirty. The room was filthy.stains on the carpets ..the walls beat up. Honestly it was worse than the cheapest motel down the road. I am sure their place was cared for better. The internet would not connect on the laptop. The outdoor looks would unlock with a key but not open the doors. The fire extinguishers were not the regular ones for a building like this. NO hose nothing. Very dirty old and beat up hotel. For one that is supposed to be one of the top hotels In the city it was one of the worst. When talking to staff about these issues they were not surprised. From the sounds of things there are about 40ish rooms not able to be booked from poor maintenance. We were very disgusted with the hotel and in talking to the front desk there was nothing they could do as far as fixing or refund. They did not seem at all fased by the complaints. Personally as a business owner this room should never have been booked to the public. I am still waiting to hear from the front desk manager about this issue. Bottom line the lobby looks nice but the rest is terrible. For a large hotel billed as spa..casino.. Waterpark etc it is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we have traveled extensively throughout North America and Europe.
