I loved the staff, they’re helpful and fun to talk to. Room was excellent. Has a rooftop bar which is excellent to chill at.

There is a rooftop bar on the 9th floor and our room was directly underneath on the 8th floor. That night was a private party at the bar and it was VERY loud until 1 pm. After that the staff cleaned the place and it was still very loud with chairs being dragged on the floor, etc. My husband and I were up until 2:30am due to the noise. VERY unpleasant! So far we have not received a discount even though the girl from the front desk assured us that she would talk to the manager. Quite disappointed!

The location was good for us and it was clean staff very helpful and professional

Our room thermostat was not working properly all night was on 68-69 F Degree and making noises for one night stay it was annoying because it was cold i told the staff and they was trying to fix it tomorrow morning but i just had to check out and they gave me parking fee waive in and check out one hour late to have a rest in order to make it up . Generally it was good experience.
