THe person at the front was the most incompetent person I have ever met. First time dealing with him, he can barely speak english. Lied to me the whole conversation and refused my stay when I was there the night before. I have booked here 5-6 times, all went smooth but this time it did not because I didnt have my phsyical card. I had cash and my apple pay, and the funny thing is he accepted me the night before. Then I followed his instructions 3-4 times got charged 4 times for the room, and 2 separate holds. Completely blamed me after lying 4 times, and changing his words. Horrible first bad experience here he is rude incompetent and just a horrible employee. Needs to be fired or retrained.
