I've stayed here several times to catch a Stars game so I already knew, but they never mention you have to pay to park in their connected garage. Not a big deal, we love the location, just should be mentioned during booking.

Attended the Dallas Stars game and the hotel was very close within a nice walking distance. Hotel was clean and hotel staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was the same every day. Small changes like omelettes instead of scrambled eggs could add a variety to the menu. Room was not the one that I saw in the webpage and location is far away from stores or supermarkets. Besides this, the tv cable service was very poor in number of channels , the ones advertised in the guide are not incliuded e.g there are no channels from 2 to 6. Reception personnel need training in customer service. They don't even smile or say good morning or good night. They seem to be bored or frustated.
