Positives: We were there for a concert, and the location is less than 10 minutes away from the stadium. They were friendly, and let us check in early. The breakfast was really good!

Positives: We enjoyed the breakfast (except the fruit) and the location was convenient.

Negatives: Carpet in stairwells is filthy and stained. Our bathroom was dirty and had clear signs of water damage. The A/C unit is super loud. Parking should be free

Negatives: Upon arrival I was greeted by a smug, less than helpful girl at the front desk. She informed me that I was no longer booked at that hotel, as they were full and they had booked me into their sister hotel, another Hyatt 15 mins away. NOT HAPPY JAN as I wanted to be close to the American Airlines centre.
